Magnetic boards

Magnetic boarding is part of a complex of magnetic equipment for the production of reinforced concrete products, which is increasingly used by enterprises in the concrete industry. Such systems are designed on the basis of permanent magnets and allow the production of concrete products of any configuration.

The magnetic collars are rigid, straight steel structure with built-in magnets. The magnetic system for the boards is selected depending on the height of the product.It is better if the carrying capacity of the magnets is chosen a little with a margin. The boards are equipped with two slinging holes.

Magnetic boards "M-Konstruktor" are manufactured using robotic technology for cutting and welding metals, so the products are perfectly flat and straight. High quality sheet steel is used for the manufacture of equipment for magnetic formwork. The sheet thickness can be from 4 to 10 mm, depending on the customer's needs.The working surface of the bead can be of different configurations, depending on how the end of the reinforced concrete product is required (ridge, groove, chamfer). The shape of the magnetic boards is determined by the needs of each customer.

Magnetic collars can be one-sided or double-sided, that is - made with a chamfer on one side or on both sides. The length of the sides can be from 1000 to 6000 mm, the height from 100 to 400 mm.
