Honey collected in the mountains at an altitude of over 1000 meters is a unique biologically active product. In order to get the maximum benefit from honey, you should consume it within the permissible daily allowance: the daily allowance for adults is 50-100 g (1-2 tablespoons). For children 30-50 g (1-2 teaspoons).
Time of consumption: in the morning on an empty stomach or in the evening 30 minutes before meals. You can drink honey in the evening by dissolving it in a glass of warm milk. This will help normalize and calm the nerves.
